Why Tt&t Offers Me A New Contract?

Featured Replies

Today I received a letter from TT&T in Thai with a form to fill in for a new contract. I don't understand why they offer me a new contract, because I have already a Maxnet Premier contract. There are several options for the speed you desire, but no prices for the sevice is mentioned neither in the letter nor in the contract-form. Besides that there is a statement in the form that the subscriber agrees with all conditions, but I can not find any details about the new service...

Anybody who has got the same letter and maybe understands more than me about this move of TT&T?

I believe MaxNet folded last week and is now under (Loxely?) direct management. At any rate there have been major management changes. I would get the price down in writing before signing any new contract.
