MJo Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 As we are moving around more with the little one nowdays i have been for a lookout of a lightweight and small buggy or pushchair. One that is easy in a town when using taxis etc. Will also be used at airports when flying around. Any tips appreciated for models and where to buy in Bangkok. So far seen only the mclaren volo at central that is quite small when folded but there must be options ?
bkkmei Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 I bought a stroller for under 2000 baht from Brown Farm. It weighs less than 2 kilos. I love it. It's not super-robust, the sun shade isn't much and weight limit only goes up to 11.5kg, but it's been a godsend for me getting around by myself with toddler. When folded, it usually goes in the frontseat. There's a Brown Farm outlet on the 6th floor of Central World. If you can wait till the end of the month, there's a baby fair at the queen sirikit centre. That's where I bought the stroller and there are tonnes of other models, usually at a discount.
MJo Posted August 11, 2009 Author Posted August 11, 2009 Thanks bkkmei, will check it out. Those mclarens are nice but cost some serious money.
