I have been looking at this site as a place to buy a good car , Is it a on-line action??

As I dont speak Thai I have been using a translater but I can not find where it says where the cars are or that they are being sold by a dealer and as I will be living in Phuket from what I have seen cars and bikes seem to be dearer there .

Any-info would be a help, Thanks :)
