Which Thai Mobile Network Is Best For Voicemail?

Featured Replies

As part of a customer support service for a new SMS service that I'm launching in Australia, any customer support calls to my 1300 number in Oz will be automatically routed through to a Thai mobile number where - if I am awake - I will be able to answer their enquires. If I'm not available, then I want these calls to be routed to my voicemail service, where I have recorded a specific outgoing message and the customer can leave their message.

But in all my years in Thailand, I have never made use of any of the mobile network voicemail/messaging services.

Do all the networks allow me to record a specific outgoing message?

Can I specify divert to voicemail on busy or unanswered?

How do I pick up the message?

Basically, do all the networks (AIS, DTAC, True) offer the same types of voicemail service? Or does one network offer a better service than the others?

Thanks for any advice

Simon
