orang37
Sawasdee Khrup, TV CM Friends, We are happy to report we are working out at the Centara (formerly Duangtawan) Hotel fitness center again. The two saunas in the men's dressing room are very hot, we're happy to say, and one is usually extremely hot. We are told the women's dressing room also has the same facilities. Both men's and women's dressing rooms also have small wet steam rooms. There are buckets in the saunas, and you can make the room dry or wet, according to your taste. Of course sometimes the saunas are a bit crowded, and you may not have a choice : someone else may have just made it very steamy. One patron brings his own oil of eucalyptus sometimes and puts in the water which we enjoy (brings back many happy memories of bicycling through the hills of Berkeley, California, smelling the wonderful aroma of eucalyptus trees). best, ~o:37;
Ulysses G.
The problem is that the changing room is almost as hot and crowded as the saunas themselves and every time someone opens the sauna doors the heat escapes and it gets even hotter. Donnyboy
nearly passed out in the sauna in there once, wasnt sure if it was the heat, or the fact that someone poured a strong brew of camphor? and water over the rocks, probably both! Sawasdee Khrup, Khun UG, re Centara/Duangtawan Fitness center fyi : they have re-installed a fan in the men's changing room now : we do remember that when they took that fan out, for whatever reasons in December, it did get very hot in the changing room. There are other places in the large men's dressing room area you can go and change which are far away from the two saunas, although those other places are also far away from the lockers. The changing room has not been uncomfortably hot the last few times there. best, ~o:37; Edited February 22, 2010 by orang37
millwall_fan
this must be a late cool season post. In a months time no one will even be thinking about saunas - gay or straight.
