Looking at moving to BANGKOK been told that you can rent a appartment for around 5000baht a month are there any agents that rent out these appartments the cheapest i have seen them for is about 13000baht.

Don't know about agents, but there are plenty of places for about 5/6000 baht.

there are two condo buildings right near me that rent for that.

One is called Jaru House and the other is right next to it newly built so I don't know the name.

They're up Sukhumvit 93, (On Nut BTS) in 'sub' soi Phung Mee 3.

Look out for any 'plain' looking condo type buildings, they have the bare basics though, living room and bathroom, you have do your own kitchen thing or eat out!

Have not used them so don't know how good they are but i have found a couple of good property websites.
