You will find frozen brussel sprouts but have never found a parsnip since coming here sadly. I have a friend coming over who is going to bring me some seeds to try growing my own :)

parsnips are a cool weather crop dunc. Not sure you will have any luck.

Parsnip is considered a winter vegetable because its flavor is not fully developed until the roots have been exposed to near-freezing temperatures for 2 to 4 weeks in the fall and early winter. The starch in the parsnip root changes into sugar, resulting in a strong, sweet, unique taste.

Sprouts I have seen in Tesco Lotus and purchased. For sure you can get them at Siam Paragon foodmarket and Emporium.
