Medical Treatment And Extra Tution Fee To Come

The Commerce Ministry is considering to put medical treatment and extra tution fee into its price control list.

The move came after parent widely complaint on the overcharge from those operators.

Vatchari Vimooktayon, deputy-director general of the Internal Trade Department, said those two lists will be propsed to the Central Committee on Goods and Services for approval by this month.

In addition, the department will also propose to take off print paper from the price control list, which now some 39 products are under the list.

"We get a lot of complaints agains unfair charges of private hospital as well as increasing fee of extra tution," she said.
