farangconnection
I have had three sessions of chemo now, each one around 50 hours on I.V. with no real apparent side effects. Little vomiting, pins & needles but no real worries. Until today. I went into our walk in deep freeze unit, to get some food out, and was in there for about three minutes, all the food I touched gave me a tingling feeling in my arms. Suddenly my legs stopped working and I collapsed, falling outside the unit, raking the skin off my arms. Could this be another side effect that I wasn't informed about? I was told not to drink cold drinks until a day after chemo. My last session ended saturday evening.
