Mark Wolfe
The Office of the Narcotics Control Board's Division 8, responsible for the upper South, has implemented a joint operation with residents and tour businesses to prevent the use of illicit drugs at the beachside party. A "joint operation"? Isn't that a conflict of interest?

animatic
Too many Thai's make too much money for it to end. It wont! & it really is as simple as that, spot on Duncster... Too much money involved for relative new comer farangs to disrupt this cash cow. Some even get shot or clubbed etc for saying this stuff too loud. Phangan is a nice place except for once a month. If they didn't realize this was ongoing when the bought their place, they were rather foolish. and more foolish to go against the mafias involved in this decades old profit center.
