Ok. This is for a friend.

Andy has a single entry Non-B that runs out on 24th of March.

He got an extension of stay against a work permit to April 8th (short contract).

If he leaves the country now, gets a re-entry permit on the way out and returns before the expiry date of the original VISA how long will they stamp for??

Remember this is a single entry visa that is stamped 'used'.

Any and all assistance welcomed.

April 8. The original visa would not come into the picture as you enter using the info on the re entry permit and that will be the current stay.

Cheers.

I thought that would be the answer, the man will have to get a new Non-B.
