What's the best treatment for "athlete's foot" ? Is "Lamisil" the best option ?

Just piss on your feet while in the shower. Lamisil is Ok but it takes time.

If you want a home remedy that is a bit more esthetic than the above , vinegar soaks twice a day usding plain white vinegar that you can get in any grocery. Take 1/2 cup of it, add a few pinches of salt and then enough water that it covers the affected area and soakfor 5-10 minutes, pat dry without rinsing.

For medication: terbinafine or clotrimazole cream. Clotrimazole is available in numerous local brand names and very inexpensive, just make sure the one you get has only clotrimazole and does not also contain a steroid, as steroids can make fungal infections worse. Terbinafine is available in imported brand name Lamisil and also as a local genric equivalent, EU 2000, and I think there may also be a GPO generic out. Local generics will cost a lot less.
