I know it wasn't intended but the topic title gave me vissions of you wrapping your wife up very carefully and transporting her to Heng's pawnbroking establishment.

for starters try asking at the land agricultural extension office nearest u... some are helpful some arent...

As far as I know they will not give you a loan on your wife, unless she is really good looking, for a goat farm or a fish farm.
