Anyone else getting this annoying message "ERROR URL could not be found SOCKET ERROR" etc?

Two days now and keep having to refresh. I ran spybot (after first getting a list of 'bad checksum's on my updates - nothing too unusual there, had before), and then a chirpy 'congrats, no immediate problems found' (note the word 'immediate')

I have AVG and Spybot. Anyone else having this since yesterday?

Yes, I'm getting the same. Very spurious, and refreshing normally returns to the correct screen. I run Mac's.

I've also been getting the following message when clicking on thaivisa pages of late.

IPS Driver Error

There appears to be an error with the database.

Just like this:

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/?

The following error was encountered:

Socket Failure

The system returned:

(98) Address already in use

Squid is unable to create a TCP socket, presumably due to excessive load. Please retry your request.
