My wife's ex husband has left their young daughter with his parents.

My wife wants her daughter...now she does not have to work night and day to support her parents PLUS the daughter.

The ex has never had any interest in the child, nor has he ever contributed to her upbringing, monetarily or any other way.

Oh mate, how long have you been in TH, how often have I heard that story, I'm sure that's not the answer you wanted, why don't you get an expat legal advice which always include Thai lawyers, you might want to know how often this story comes up.

I've P'md you with details of another member who was in a similar position (and who also appealed on the forum for help) and who managed to get hold of a lawyer who puled things off in his favour rather quickly.
