Convection Ovens With Steam

Any tips where can buy professional convection oven with steam????

Many shops have with 10 - 20 seconds steam burst but i am looking for model wich can boil products in steam allso.

I mean continious steam option. ( even 30min or more)

Ovens from Italy or US are dirty expensive ( 200 000b up!! )

Any Asian companys make similar ovens with reasonal prices???

i put a thin can whit water in the oven once the goods starts to cook i ad ice to the can water of caurse this is not professional but for me it works
