Air Asia Online Form Not Working

Trying to book online but the form refuses to accept my mobile number so I cannot proceed with the booking.

It's a flt to UTH at 0700 in a few days time.

Can I go to Swampy at 0600 and pay cash?

Do they charge extra by paying at the airport.

I'm a 1st time customer.

Are you in country? Try 08 without the 66. Or simply call them. They can book over the phone too.

I tried setting up a user account with them a few hours ago, and the form would not accept my telephone number with international prefix, not would it accept Chiang Mai as a valid city name. I tried several times and finally just quit.

Interesting I did a mock booking without problem... did ask me to change my tele to add the international prefix. Other than that worked fine.

yes you can and should be open from 05:00 because have few flight out from Swampy as Bali, HongKong

Calling them (too) is a waste of 10 minutes calltime. 9 minutes on hold is too much!

You can also buy at the AA booth on the 2nd floor of Tesco Lotus in On Nut, Bangkok if you happen to be within striking distance by BTS.

I like AA as a cheap carrier but their website is a weak point. Try changing your address - I have given up after countless attempts, including e-mail helpdesk and phone in help desk. Their calls sometimes go to a third rate call centre in India sometimes I think.

I really don't care if your pc or your mate's works or not.

I asked a question about paying at Swampy and all you've done is witter on about you can use the form.

I can't and others can't.

Next time, try to recognise what a "?" means in an OP.

Created another dummy account at a mates computer, diff ISP. Great Success.

Regards to your question.... you are correct that is not what you were asking. However on a side note you raised another question on the website functionality which needed to be addressed.

OT I know GD, but it seems the website has a couple of quirks (using FireFox here):-

You must remove the '66' from the 'alternate phone' and 'fax' numbers if you're not going to fill them.

There are two boxes associated with 'city', both need something in them.

That was my experience just now anyway
