Rent Room In Surin

Can anyone recommend an apartment or mansion in Amphur Muang Surin? I need a single room in the range 25-40 square meters with air conditioning. Nothing special or fancy - could be furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished. UBC would be a plus. My daughter is in the kindergarten right next to the San Lak Muang, so that area would be ideal. But anywhere in the city would be OK, as I have a car.

All recommendations and advice will be greatly appreciated.

Lots of places to rent in Surin, like Majestic Apartments, Mile Place or many more. You can even rent houses relevantly cheap (less than 10,000 Baht a month), depending on what your budget is.
