Change'n Your Av

Featured Replies

Anyone kow how to chnge your Avatar, I have tried everything and it just keeps come'n up as the old Av.

If you think you have changed it correctly, then hit the key combination CTRL+F5, that is hold the CTRL key down and hit F5. Do it while in this topic where your avatar is showing. This will update the image bypassing the cache.

Deleteing and cleaning coockies and temp internet files

I can see the new Av in MY Comtols area, but not on my posts,

And I changed it in both Profile pic and Av pic.

I just tried that, still old Av,

I even deleted old Av then waited a few hours and Loaded new Av, old Av popped up again.

GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Some members have had problems and the CTRL+F5 nearly always cleared it. However, some ISPs cache the image also and have long TTL (time to live) caches and may not show up for two or three days.

This is the avatar I see: Looks like a statue of a fat pink baby? :)
