Which Immigration Office For Sakon Nakhon (phanna Nikhom)?

Could someone confirm the correct and closest immigration office to apply for retirement extension for my region? I'm close to Phanna Nikhom, not far from Sakon Nakhon.The list of offices published Feb 2009 suggests Samut Sakhon, but this seems a bit odd. Thanks in anticipation.

Sakon Nakhon Immigration office is anticipated to be in operation sometime the middle of next year,

according to the Immigration office in Nakhon Phanom

I was in Immigration in Nakhon Phanom the other day and they didn't say anything. I presume I just keep going there until they tell me to go to the Sakon Nakhon office.

I just heard, that we have to go now to the immigration in Sakon Nakhon! There office must be near the policestation.

Immigration Sakon Nakhon

This immigration is open but not functional. Up to the beginning of November they not can give visas (no stamps).

Witch of you is short on time still has to go to Nakom Phanom. Witch has time left, is advised do go to the new office in Sakon Nakhon short before his visa runs out.

The office stays next to the policestation but there is no sing outside.

If you com from Udon you have, after the 2-line-street ends, to drive straight any hundred meters. Then the street makes a turn to the right (only way to go). The next street you go right (you will see the policestation at the right) and the next street right again. At the end of this street, at the right side, is the immigration. But up to yesterday there was no signboard outside! You can see it, if you look to the windows inside the building.
