Hello All

I have searched the internet and our forum for a photocopy or JPEG of the TM.6 Arrival / Departure card.

I wish to send my brother an email with the information, he will need to enter onto his card, once it is giving to him on his inbound flight to BKK.

If anyone can send me a photcopy or JPEG of the form, front and back of each the Arrival and Departure parts, I would be very grateful.

I can not obtain this information for myself as I am currently in Afghanistan, so the card is clearly not available to me here.

Thank you in advance for anyone that can help me.

I'm sorry to be the one to say that this sounds fishy. If your brother cannot enter the information about his name, address, flight number, and length of stay, perhaps he shouldn't be traveling. Millions of people fill out the TM-6 form every year, and it's a straight-forward set of questions. I certainly wouldn't give anybody a copy of my TM-6 as I have to enter its number on the 90-day report form for immigration.

Beacher, your response of ignorance, is the very reason I selectively read and have only posted once to this forum!!!

RMN, agreed!

BTW, I don't fill in the reverse of the form and have never been questioned about that.

BTW II, I've scanned and emailed to friends the U.S. form I-94 and Customs form so they could be familiar with what needs to be filled out. This has been especially helpful, so I've been told, for some Thai folks travelling by themselves to the U.S., they get the emailed and printed form filled out beforehand as a sample of what they need to do on the plane before arrival.
