Hi all

Wasn't quite sure where to post this so I'll try here.

Does anyone know where I can buy a hygrometer (that is, a device that measures air humidity) in Bangkok?

Thanks!

Zeer Rangsit, Ground floor, very back of building from roadway. There are a few different kinds in a display case. Forget the name of the shop, but it sells alot of electrical dodads.

The best is 2 mercury thermometers...one dry & the other wet (with a wick that goes to a small bottle near the wet bulb). You then use a chart to easily calculate the humidity. Highly accurate.

Zeer is on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road north of the old airport website http://www.itzeerrangsit.com/home.html (use Google Translate)

It's under the Asia Airport Hotel (large pink building on the right if you're heading north).

Take the SRT train to Rangsit then get a cab (walk to the main road from the station to get a better deal, that's back the way the train came if you've come from Bangkok), all the drivers should know where it is.

I think you're speaking of a sling psychrometer. I'll bet close to impossible to find here.
