Just been reading an old thread about power problems and came across a comment that the unit rate for a temp power meter is double that of permanent. Can anyone confirm this? What is the rate/unit in both instances..is it consistent Thailand wide?

Okay went to PEA website and sure enough temp rates are the TOU..Time of Usage Rates ie about double "normal" rates..time to put in permanent meter I guess
