robsamui Posted October 15, 2003 Share Posted October 15, 2003 Monday night, watching Chanel 7, Taksin appeared and announced that any foreigners wanting to leave the country and re-enter again DURING THE PERIOD OF THE APEC conference would be denied entry. This was entirely in Thai and had to be explained to me by myThai friend. The explanation was 'security reasons' Anyone heard details of this?
