New Immgration Map With All Offices And Area Of Responsebility

Featured Replies

This is a map from the immigration police that shows all immigration check points and immigration offices, inclusing their area of responsibility. You can now easily see to which office you have to report.

At last a good idea from Immigration. Good map.

Thanks for posting. :)

Thanks Mario

Very usefull :)

Thanks Mario. Good map and will be helpful for people. I would like to raise a couple of points:

1) On the new immigration office list Lopburi circulated a few weeks back, Phattalung is shown having its own office, but is also shown on the same list that people there will have to report to Satun! The map suggests the latter is happening. Anyone know?

2) Samui does not appear on the new immigration list. Does that mean people there now have to report to Surat Thani, or is Samui staying open as a 'sub-offfice’ of Surat Thani under whose boundaries from the map it now seems to fall?

This is truly good information...a picture (or map) is worth a thousand words.

I just realised that the map’s usefulness is a little diminished by the fact that where there are more than one immigration office -- what the immigration bureau calls immigration checkpoints -- in an area or province, for example in Chonburi, there are no borders drawn for the service area of each office. But it is still great to have this map. Anyway, there are few areas with more than one office.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

And if you're using Thailand Longstay Management for your extentions, will they still process you're 90 day reports at your local immigration office( my case KKC)?

Thanks for all that info...

I need a cert. of house? registration to buy a motorcycle.

Can I do that at the BOT office on Phahonyothin Rd or do I have to go all the way to the new Immi HQ?

TIA :)
