Well I am not a better man than Scamp and I cannot make head or tail of your argument either. But if you want to argue 'facts' then argue facts. It is a fact that in experiments See plenty here: that 'most' women are attracted to success, money and all that success and money brings... even if they are not consciously aware of the fact.

I am 60 and would rate myself as very average looking for my age, yet have no problem at all in attracting women in 'any' country half my age and less. It helps that I wear a $12,000 diamond ring, a gold diamond bezel watch, gold bracelet and gold Cartier glasses. I wear expensive suits, crocodile, snake or ostrich shoes and belts, expensive shirts and Leonard ties. I am out of work right now and not wealthy by any means... but the thing is, I 'look' as if I have a 'lot' of money. When working as a casino manager women are a pushover... When I was working as a poor artist, it was 'much' more difficult, but certain women are attracted to talent and of course I have a ton of confidence which also goes a long way with the ladies...

because of where they are born and how they grow up and cannot afford schooling. I asked my wife why the young people in her village dont try to go somewhere else and its because they like the simple life and dont want to leave their families.

Waht I'm trying to get at it that its a gross generalisation that farmers/farmers daughters are poor.

The Mrs ChockChai example :- Chock Chai farm is the biggest in SE Asia 3000 rai, over 1000 head of cattle, own steak house, theme park ect.

Its a bit like someone telling you their farther sells newspapers, you could think of some poor bloke selling a few papers from a stall or a rich tychon owning a media enterprise.

Most farmers (around here anyway) rearly work on their own land and its all contracted out and most of the really poor in thailand have'nt got any land or just rent some for a % of the profits.

There are quite a few that are'nt poor full stop.

To give you an example, an old woman living just down from us was recently killes in a road accident. She had never been married and no children. Nice house with about 80 rai (next to ours). Her only living relitive a niece did'nt want to live here so sold it all up for just over 10 million bhat which is a bit more than pocket change.

One of my best firends here (thai) has a really good job in BKK and a masters in engeniring, his girlfriends family dont think he is good enough for her as he has no land or house and worry that he can support her properly.

Then again I do also know people who scrub by with 10-15 rai of rice fields.

Thanks for clarifying the record. Sorry if my original post was somewhat cryptic, but I was responding a collection of Ravisher's posts on the subject of what women want in a man. In previous posts, Rav has used the example of the Rolex survey, and advised other men to pull out a $100 bill to find a date.

If someone tried to use this $100 bill trick on me, I would promptly give him directions on where he needed to go and try to get the ###### away from him. A sleaze-bag is no less a sleaze because of his clothing, and that tactic screams it. And thank the gods, clothing can come off anyway - Right Nat!

And as for your "facts" Rav, I'm glad to see that you have revised your statements to the more realistic "some" and "many" women as opposed to "all". That was my point of contention in the first place. Not even your article by the ''experts'' can make such a contention without qualification, because it is simply impossible:
