Can anybody help me, I'm holding Non O visa and it extension for one year. I will go out the country for one month and I understand that I need to apply Re-Entry Permit. I want to know how long the re-Entry permit will last. One Month or one year? How much does it cost?

If single entry until you use it up to your current permitted to stay date - they are always issued to your current permitted to stay date.

I'm sorry...I'm not really understand the above mention. What does it means they issued to your current permitted to stay date. Which current permit and which stay date. Please advise.

Immigration put a stamp in your passport, telling you till which date you are currently allowed to stay in Thailand. A re-netry permit is tied to that date. if you enter Thailand after that you will need to get a new visa from abroad.

If you leave the country without obtaining a re-entry permit your 12 month extension of stay (and permission to stay) will die. Obtaining a re-entry permit will keep your current permission to stay date alive. For example, if you obtained extension of stay on 1st Jan your permission to stay will end 31 Dec. If you leave the country now with re-entry permit you will be stamped back in until 31 Dec. Arriving after that date you would need a new visa.

You apply at the office that issued your extension of stay - if that was Suan Phlu and you live in Bangkok you would have to use Chiang Watanna.

Rasa Tower can deal with 90 day reporting for Bangkok residents, but as said for other services you would need to go to Chaeng Wattana if living in Bangkok province.
