prefabs Posted October 29, 2009 Share Posted October 29, 2009 This might be more relevant in the "News Clippings" section, which are where both stories come from, but the cops were on the ball and arrested suspects in 2 different cases. However, in both cases, the suspects escaped. In one case, the suspect was arrested and handcuffed in hospital where he had been sent after a motosy accident. He still managed to escape though.
