Need Craftsman / Handyman To Finish Condo In Vt 7

Featured Replies

Hi NG

I will arrive in Jomtien in 2 weeks and take over my condo in VT 7.

At first i need someone who will finish the floor (tiles)

Has anyone a tipp or recommendation where i can get a good craftsman

who could start to get to work right away?

Maybe at HomeDepot where i can buy the tiles at the same time?

After that i need someone who could deliver and/or install an aircon, do

some electrical work (water heater) , deliver and install a kitchen

and build in a wardrobe.

If you have good experiance with someone - please share it with me.

Thanks

Hans

I used this company, Twinmit Limited Partnership, in Naklua to do my 41 sqmt condo in VT Bldg 2A. They did everything from the flooring, wallpaper, electrical, built-ins, bathroom, etc. He will come to your condo and give you an estimate and completion time and get what your ideas are. Contact Mr. Uchade Kluanklard, e-mail: [email protected]

Hello Swissflyer, You need to be very careful when choosing your craftsman. I have used Pirom Decoration Co., Ltd, they are now located on Sukumvit. I used them for three condos in view talay 6. They have a showroom and you can see some of there work and they will sit with you and do all the design if needed. There number is 038-410404, or 089-8313758. I used ARC on sukumvit for the air conditioning, a german owner. the best I had Daikin with inverter installed three of them , absolutely the best installation. Neat and clean work, done in a professional manner. 3 hours per installation, Before you begin check your options, I don't want you to have a nightmare, like some have had when choosing workers. The work from Pirom Dec. also excellent. go to the showroom and sit down and talk with them. Take care, David H
