What do you mean by a "mini-oven"? Are you talking about the microwave/convection combinations? If so, any of the big department stores or electronics chains.

We have a combo by Sharp. Somewhat disappointed in it. I guess because of the increased metal inside (e.g., the metal turntable), the microwave function is clearly not as efficient.

You can get "toaster ovens" at Central, Tesco, Big C or many other such places.

Verasu's always another option:

I was in Thailand last year looking at ovens in Tesco Lotus , they had a small build in oven that would have suited my purposes admirably as I do not have the space for a full blown oven , we alredy had a small oven which allowed my wife to be quite creative in her cooking but the build in was too heavy for me to transport easily . Finaly we found a good sized oven here in Cambodia and she is so happy , even has a rotisserie built in , I had not wanted to purchase a combination because 'Multi-purpose' anything does not do any of its jobs good . I had used a micro-wave for years which suited my purpose well and I had learned to cook practicaly everything in it , but a proper oven is the ultimate with so much more control .

Thanks for the replies, Curt, thanks for taking the trouble to provide the link to Verasu - this looks exactly

Many Thanks
