They can do either - mobile or you go to them - Maenam or Chaweng/Bophut I think, and once a month the go to Phangan. They use the hot wax like at home - soft and strip, depending on what you get done. I had them come to my bungalow.

And sure you can have a few gin and tonics or whatever else might deaden the pain before during and after if you like!!!
