Student Visa - 11 Year Old Boy

My nephew is 11 years old and I want him to study here in Thailand. I've been trying to call Immigration since yesterday to inquire on documents needed but failed. The phone has been busy for 48 hours or more.

Does anyone know the ED visa fee and documents required? Can anyone give me a link for it, pls.?

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Immigration deals with extensions of stay - not visas. You obtain a visa from a Consulate outside of Thailand and single entry for 90 days should cost 2,000 baht in local currency. The school should be providing you with the paperwork required.
