bigalsouth
The wife and I are flying in this weekend to see the outlaws in Phitsanulok. Next week will be my first Songkran. Is the drought situation likely to affect the chucking of water or do the Thais not have the equivalent of hose-pipe bans that we get from time to time in the UK?
