I did the search on 'implants' but did not see an answer. I have a bridge with a crown in front of the false tooth and a crown in back of it. The back tooth is a molar, the bridge fell out and the molar is broken and infected. Now taking meds, but doc says I can get a root canal and a pin in the molar to re-attach the bridge. If the tooth can not be saved, extraction and an implant. Does it make sense to just get the implant? Will the root canal tooth last? Thanks. try the root canal first, it's more reliable and cheaper, only if it doesn't work consider an implant. From an experience I do trust more thai dentists than crooks in London, who are goingh straith after patient's money
