The missus wants to rent out the cm-bungalow

i did craigslist and t-visa any other bright ideas?

Stick it on MrRoomfinder dot com and add your pics and descripton (video too if you've got one)

The site is pretty sleepy outside of Greater Bkk, but you never know who might be looking, and it's free of course.

Btw, you might want to post s few specs in here: Size location, condition, cost etc

Good luck.

at this same time, you can try local agents - they might have somebodyin the lists waiting on the spot. Don't count much on renting to tourists through internet, a few ads in the CM english paper and even on the messege boards in the guesthouses and pubs can give you fast result.

Don't make the mistake of one of the advertisers on Thaivisa Classified who advertises his rentals as 'Room near university 45 sqm 7000bt' with no other info and no pictures at all. Pics are good. Details are good.

The bi monthly classifieds sent out by one of the Chiang Mai churches by email.

Has a pretty big mailing list I believe. I would recommend a web link with pictures, its a big help when you are interested.
