I was refused a visa to Ireland for my Thai g/f. I am Irish, i am trying to get a visa for my Thai g/f to visit me

in Cyprus i have a place to stay there.

The Cyprus consulate office in Thailand is closed. I am told to send all relevant documents along with Rs

700.00 about €11.00 euros) to the Cyprus High Commission in New Delhi by registered courier which will help

deliver her passport back to her address. anyone know to how do this? not happy of sending her passport out

of Thailand . where do i get 700.00 rubis (not cash) in Thailand. has anybody done this before. Thanks to all
