For the last two years i have got my car driving licence from my local province office. However, they only issue me a one year licence and will not issue me a five year licence. Can i go to a neighbouring province to get a five year licence? thanks

Are you renewing before the expire date of the license? Or after the expire date?

If you renew before the expire date they will only give you another one year license.
