A friend will be coming from USA to get married here & she's looking for someone to conduct the ceremony.

Would really appreciate it if any one can recommend someone for a non-religious Western style wedding.

I am confused by your post so I thought maybe some one else would be also. What is a non-religious western wedding other than registering the marriage at city hall (or the amphur here in Thailand)?

If your friend doesn't want the religious ceremony, that would prevent any priests and/or monks from performing any ceremony. That leaves the "common man". So why don't you just stand up and say good words about them, ending with "Let the party begin"? The only other alternative would be they each say words of commitment to the other in front of the group and then the party begins?

What is it that they really want?
