Hi,

A quick search on the Internet will confirm that Sea Cross is a teacher recruitment agency, not a school. I'd describe the salary as very mediocre, and unless you have visited the school(s) you'll be placed with there's no way of knowing what you are in for. I've not worked for an agency, but from what I've heard doing so has a high chance of failure. Personally, I think you'd be better off being a direct employee of a school.

Good luck!
