My girlfriend has a 1 year Education visa, which is 6 months into the year, and has been extended once at immigration, she will need to extend again on December 14, however I will not get to Thailand until 15th December, and she needs a copy of my house book, so she can extend her visa again, will it be ok to be 2 days late with the extension? once I arrive with the house book?

She needs a copy of your housebook, so why not scan it in and send it by email?

Agree strange they want it. Maybe to check if she is realy living there.

Not sure if she is making 90 day extension of stay (in that case it is not a 1 year extension) or if a proper one year extension and she is making 90 day reports. But in any case a proof of current address request can be met a number of ways and most common would be a letter addressed to her name at that address. Most places would not require after first record I believe. She should make the application on time and if required explain she does not have access - don't be late without trying.

I seriously doubt he travels with his housebook (but admit his post sounds that way). But if she can access it she could fax you and fax back with signature. But I would check with Immigration as suspect a compromise can be found.

My House book is in my safe at home in Thailand. When she applied for the first extension they college done all the paperwork and needed proof of address, maybe I could draw up a rental agreement?

A note confirming she stays there, with a copy of your ID-card might help. Maybe an explanation that you re out of the country till the 15th and offer to provide them the copy after that date.
