I am Living in Thailand with a 1 Year Visa because I have a Thai Child but I am not married.

My first Son now 18 Years old is Swiss Sitzien.

He want to visit me and stay 1 Year with me together.

Wat kind of Visa I can get for him?

He can try to get a 1 year multiple non-O visa from a friendly consulate in Europe, based on visiting you. Would mean he has to make a bordeer run every 90 days.

((EDIT)) for one year only expect the multi entry visa would be easier - especially if he plans to do some travel while here.

After having coffee and told otherwise you do not seem to have option of his getting extension of stay and you seem to be here under 2.18 extension of stay and that is not listed for 2.20. So yes - the multi entry non immigrant visa is his best bet.
