Hi!

I am a seller on ebay and have a german paypal account connected to a german bank account. Now I hope to get soon a thai bank account.

CAN I ADD THE THAI BANK ACCOUNT to my german paypal account and withdraw money to the thai bank account which I can take out with my ATM card?
