uaelaelil
Hi all I have my wifes first date coming up soon through the appeal process. 1st of Feb is the date that the British embassy has to send all files relating to my wifes settlement application to the AIT. So it certainly looks like we are going all the way to court for a appeal judge to decide our fate =/ I was wondering as my wife had a interview during her visa application. Is it possible for me to be able to get a complete copy of her interview transcript, or will my barrister only have access to this ? Uael
7by7
I'm not sure, to be honest, but if she was interviewed then they should be in the bundle sent to the AIT. If your barrister has access to them, then I'm sure he'll have no objections to letting you see them. N.B. Topic title edited to include 'UK.' ThaiVisaExpress
The GV51 you recieved will have covered the reason for refusal of entry clearance.
