Do you use condoms with the Ladies of the Night?
Everything I read about PrEP is that is protects mainly against HIV infection from insertive anal sex between men, but it seems PrEP is also highly effective at preventing HIV transmission during vaginal and anal sex between cisgender men and women so that is why I mentioned it above. I would be careful with regular use of Doxy for PEP. Using it once or twice a week can disrupt gut health by killing off too much of your own good stomach bacteria. I think better to just deal with an STI infection if you get one after the fact. Usually a single, one-gram dose of Azithromycin (Zithromax) will wipe out most bacteria based STIs within 24-48 hours. -
