Current international bandwidth is weak and small percentage increases per year ain't going to really improve speed to "outside" Thailand web sites. I also have to wonder, how many customers "True" truly have, as they have quite good bandwidth access. As you can see from the pic here, I didn't think much of their performance over the weekend!
