Am also having problems with TOT.

Located east of Sukhimvit in Pattaya and service from late afternoon up to current time has been awful. Either slow connection or no connection at all.

located near Sattahip, tot adsl down since mid afternoon Sunday, I am using my AIS gsm backup. I am used to TOT's 'top class' service here, which is why I need the AIS backup. It's slow but seems to be reliable. 460+kb. Does anyone know if TT&T cover the area between Bangsarey & Sattahip?

Jomtien - service has been in and out since last nite. When it is up, it's very slooooooooooooooowwwwwwww!!!

Jomtien is still down - but same phone line works for calls
