For the last 2 weeks i have had awful reception on the UBC Satelite Connection, keeps juming in and out as if it is losing signal - maybe due to clouds?

Anyone else facing this problem or should i get UBC to check?

Yoour dish might be slightly out of optimum alignment. Call UBC for a free re-tune.

Honestly - the same problem in bkk too, with new dish. I think the shin sat runs out off bateries, so signal weakened.
