I agree the comment was massively rude and offensive. Typical Fox. They don't seem to remember the USA was built on religious freedom and tolerance rather than the concept of a Christian theocracy.

unless the intent of the thread is to discuss the merits and the practice of Buddhism, I cant see the relevance of this news to the forum

and I certainly dont see the discussion heading towards talking about buddhism.
