Looking at other units in that building, they sell for about 30,000 - 35,000 baht/meter, so I would guess this ad was supposed to be 1.38 million. 138 million is just absurd, but it does make you wonder just what might be in that apartment to justify the price... If I would have just saved my pennies a bit longer, for only about 7 million baht more, I could have bought a 36 square meter condo in Pattaya...
