just came back from my holiday in the philippines.and a former colleague and friend told me that they're getting married soon.would like to know if i can apply for a schengen tourist visa here or do i need to apply at my country of origin (Phils.)?im on an education visa right now studying spanish language.

If I were you, I would e mail any Embassies where you will get a straight answer

One has to apply in their country of origin

In your case your registered address is officially in Thailand, therefore you should be able to apply from this contry

Nevertheless, as I said earlier, ask confirmation directly from the concerned departments
